Returns Policy

I offer a guarantee for the quality of the product I send out against your orders and if you are not satisfied with the goods you receive you may return them within 7 days from receipt for a refund as long as you follow the simple rules below.

Receiving the goods:
When you receive the goods please check the parcel for visible external damage and make a note of any damage on the carriers delivery note. If the exterior damage is extensive and you think the contents must also be damaged, please do not accept the package and ask the carrier to return the goods to me.

Unpacking the goods:
When you unpack the goods please do not damage or throw away the outer packing, or open the sealed cellophane wrapper in which each individual product is wrapped, until you have:

1) Established the product is the one you ordered.
2) Seen that the product is in good condition.
3) You like the image and wish to keep it.

Once you have opened the cellophane wrapper, I regret that I cannot accept return of the product simply because you do not like it, or it does not meet your expectations.

If you can see the product is damaged through the cellophane wrapper, or you open the wrapper and then find the product has some internal fault, then please return it for a free replacement.

Advising faults:
If you find that a product is faulty please notify me immediately, describing the fault, and follow the returns procedure given below.

Returns procedure:

1. To make a return please email me telling me your name, address, contact phone number and the reference quoted on my delivery note. Please also advise which product you want to return and exactly why.

2. I will reply to your mail advising how to return the product to me and what action I propose to take. I may call you to discuss your complaint or get more details.

3. When you have received my return instructions please re-pack the product in its original packaging, adding any additional packing necessary to properly protect the goods in transit, and despatch them in accordance with my instructions.

4. On receipt of your returned goods in good order I will validate your complaint, and if it is justified I will raise an order to replace the goods or make a refund as agreed. The delivery time for the replacement will be the one prevailing for the product at the time of replacement. Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of the return.

Please note that if you fail to follow my returns instruction and so cause me additional costs, I may deduct these from any refund or add them to the charge for a replacement.

If I cannot substantiate your complaint when I get the product back I will return it to you and charge a re-packing fee plus return carriage.

Exchanging goods:
I regret that I cannot accept returns for replacement with other goods. You will need to return the unwanted goods through the returns procedure and place a new order.

Goods ordered or supplied in error:
If you find you have placed your order incorrectly or that I have interpreted your order incorrectly, please contact me immediately to arrange supply of the correct goods. Any goods that need to be returned must have the cellophane wrappers still intact and be received in good condition in the original packing.
