Availability of products:
Most of my products are made to special order so please allow at least 14 days for delivery. I will notify you of the planned delivery date in my order confirmation. I try to keep my delivery dates as accurate as possible, but cannot be held responsible for any delays outside my control.

Delivery method:
Depending on the size of your order my products will be delivered either by a mail service that you must sign for, or by a courier service that I can track on the internet.

Delivery time:
All my prices include the cost of delivery to UK destinations except for Northern Ireland, The Scottish Highlands and any offshore islands, but do not include for specific timed deliveries during weekdays or weekend deliveries. Special or timed deliveries can be arranged by agreement against an additional charge.

Overseas Customers:
I am happy to supply my products to any destination in the world against quotation. I will quote on the basis that the buyer is responsible for obtaining any necessary import license, paying any import taxes or charges and for clearing the goods through customs and on to the delivery address.

Delivery address:
I can only supply to a bona fide address in the UK with a genuine postcode. I cannot supply to PO boxes or forwarding addresses.

VAT:
I am not eligible for VAT registration; so all invoices will be free of VAT.

Order cancellation:
As most of my work is prepared against your order I can only accept cancellation without charge within 48 hours of the time of placement, except for stock items that may have been despatched immediately on receipt of order.
